1. Shipping costs
Spain and Portugal
- Orders under 25€: 4.90€
- Orders of 25€ and over: free shipping
Shipping costs within the European Union, except Spain and Portugal
- Orders under 50€: 15€ - 17€
- Orders between 50€ and 100€: 11€ - 13€
- Orders between 100€ and 150€: 7€ - 9€
- Orders between 150€ and 200€: 3€ - 5€
- Orders over 200€: free shipping.
2. Delivery time
Orders for products in stock placed on working days before 14:00 CET will be shipped the same day. If placed on public holidays or after 14:00 CET, orders will be shipped the next business day.
Customers placing an order including any out-of-stock product will receive an email or call on availability and estimated delivery date within 24 hours.
3. Delivery method
Shipments to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal go through Correos Express, which is a 24-48 hour door-to-door service.
Shipments to the Canary Islands go through Standard Post, whose delivery time is between 4 and 6 working days.
For international shipments we use UPS and delivery time within the EU is 3-4 working days.
When the package leaves our warehouse, the customer always receives an email with the tracking number and shipping details.
You have up to 30 days upon receiving the order to return a product or request a size change.
If faulty, please contact us by phone or email to give you a solution even if the 30-day deadline has expired.
5. Free returns and size change
Peninsula and Balearic Islands: If you reside in the Peninsula or the Balearic Islands, size change and returns are free of charge. You only have to access our returns portal, enter tracking number and your post code, fill out the form, print out the return sheet and take it with the parcel to the post office.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal: If you live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Portugal, returns and size changes are partially free of charge, since you need to send us the item back by Post. Unfortunately, we cannot cover this cost. Even so, if size change, we will send you another garment of the right size at no additional cost.

Once a returned item has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt. We will also notify you of the authorization or rejection of your refund request.
If authorized, it will be processed to refund the corresponding amount to your credit card or original means of payment, as soon as possible.
